Privacy policy
The short version: we only collect what you give us through the waitlist form, we use it only to contact you about renting at The 59, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or send an inquiry, we collect the information you enter in the form:
- Your name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
- Your household size and move-in timeline
- Anything you write in the notes field
Browsing the site does not require an account, and we don't collect personal information from visitors who don't submit the form.
How we use it
- To contact you when a suite becomes available, or to respond to your inquiry
- To process a rental application, if you choose to apply
That's it. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Formspree, a form-processing service. Formspree's handling of submission data is described in their privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until we've filled the vacancy cycle they relate to, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
